Working Group
The purpose of the PIMFA Consumer Wuty Working Group (CDWG) is to provide a forum for members to voice their specific issues and concerns relating to the implementation of the Consumer Duty.
The CDWG work streams focus on:
- Four outcomes (products and services, price and value, consumer understanding, consumer support)
- Good outcomes
- Reporting and management information
- Governance
